The Vertograd Juice

We started production of NFC and fruit purees in Ukraine. International quality standards have allowed the company to expand its sales markets, and we have shipped over 15,000 tons of finished products to customers in the EU and the US.

In 2019, the company owned a land in Rawa Mazowiecka (Poland) and started green-field construction of the plant for the production of concentrated juices and NFC juices.

The Vertograd team has started building a vertically integrated company with its own and leased gardens, and has established logistics and engineering companies. The construction of the plant took about two years and brought us to the readiness of the production in 2021. The season began with the launch of a new plant in Poland, where the most modern production technologies and quality standards for finished products are applied. We also paid attention to energy saving and environmental friendliness, using modern systems at the wastewater treatment plant with the subsequent production of our own biogas for the boiler house. Our engineering team implemented our own software and technological schemes based on our production experience, which ensured full process automatization and brought the employees’ more comfortable working conditions.

In 2022, the first products manufactured at our new plant in Poland were sent to markets intothe EU and the USA, to our clients. Throughout the following year, the Vertograd Juice team continued to work on expanding the range of products and launched the production of NFC and red fruit concentrated juices at the Polish plant. During this period, the construction of the first phase of a large-scale project involving the development of an aseptic warehouse for storing NFC juices was started.

This is a year in which, despite all the challenges, Vertograd continued production, saved jobs in Ukraine and increased production in Poland.  Vertograd’s plants received more than 300,000 tons of raw materials and shipped about 40,000 tons of AJC to its customers in the US and the EU. We partially covered our logistics needs with our own vehicles.

We begin second phase of the big project with the increasing of production capacities andstoriging for NFC juices. Our engineering team works on the improvement of automatization of production processes and the introduction of new technologies.

Vertograd Juice has launched a new strategic project — the construction of a modern production facility in Khust, Zakarpattia Oblast. The acquisition of the land plot and the start of construction work represent an important step in further scaling the business and strengthening the company’s production capacities. The new facility will increase processing volumes and create additional jobs in the region.

At the same time, the company continues to actively implement the principles of sustainable development. At its existing production site in Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka village, solar panels have been installed, significantly reducing the consumption of conventional energy resources and minimizing the environmental impact of production. The company also manufactures products based on organic raw materials. In addition, a modern water treatment system is in place to support biogas production for internal use.

By combining investments in expansion, technological innovation, and environmental responsibility, Vertograd Juice continues to strengthen its position as a reliable partner in the global juice market.
